Gift certificate is the perfect present to pamper someone special. It is the ideal gift for all occasions. Our gift certificates can be for a particular Luxe Beauty Studios service(s) or for any purchase value over $30.

The important stuff.

​

• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

• Customers should ensure that your Gift Voucher is kept in a safe place and treated like cash.

• Appointments necessary. Please advise Gift Voucher number when booking your treatment. If booking online; please email us at luxebeautystudios@gmail.com to advise.

• Service may be upgraded at customer’s own cost or value used towards a different treatment or product purchase, please arrange when booking.

• Packages/Combinations cannot be split. Both treatments must be booked together at the same time. However if you choose to have only one part of your package then the value of that single treatment will be deducted from the total purchased value of the Gift Voucher.

• Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from date of purchase and the below expiry date will be strictly adhered to.

• Expired Gift Vouchers will not be accepted or extended under any circumstances.

• No re-issue for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen Gift Vouchers.

• A physical Gift Voucher (either original Gift Voucher or a print out of e-Gift Voucher) must be presented upon check out at completion of treatment.

• Prices subject to change.

• Cancellations the day of booking or no shows on the day of booking where in both cases a Gift Voucher was to be redeemed; will result in an automatic redemption of the Gift Voucher in question.
